What Was Delivered
I completed a full audit of all People‑related policies, mapping what to keep, revise or discontinue and identifying compliance gaps across employment law. Policies were refreshed for clarity and aligned with the company’s culture, separating policies from procedures and guidelines and consolidating everything into two core sources: a policy repository and a digital employee handbook A web‑based format replaced static documents for a cleaner employee experience.
