Deploying global policies and SOPs into a local organisation for compliance in a highly regulated business.
Client Profile
International Healthcare Company · 1,300 employees globally · 60‑person subsidiary in Spain · Project Value: €11,200
The Challenge
The HQ required the Spanish subsidiary to adopt the global Quality framework, including policies, SOPs and operational standards across Finance, HR, Facilities and Purchasing. The local organisation lacked clarity on ownership and required adaptations. Leadership needed certainty that the framework would be implemented correctly, with full compliance, aligned processes and minimal disruption.
What Was Delivered
This included reviewing all policies and SOPs from HQ, assessing applicability to the Spanish subsidiary, identifying local owners, and determining the required adaptations to meet local operational needs.
The documents were updated, validated, approved and prepared for operational use, while ensuring proper system hygiene and documentation control.
Given the cross‑border nature of the work, strong stakeholder coordination was established between HQ and the local teams to secure alignment, timely decisions and adoption.
