Fair, scalable and data‑driven compensation foundations for two organisations.

Client Profiles

Digital Tech Hub (Healthcare) · 35 employees · Barcelona · Project Value: €3,500

Software Development Teams (Technology) · 25 employees · Spain & Portugal · Project Value: €3,500

The Challenge
Leaders were facing constant salary discussions, inconsistency across teams, and limited visibility into fairness or market alignment. Pay decisions varied by manager, negotiation strength, or urgency; with no framework to guide raises, promotions, or performance-based differentiation.

What Was Delivered
A full compensation and job architecture system was designed, including leadership education on compensation fundamentals, analysis of all employees using a structured compensation dashboard, creation of job families/roles/levels, and market‑aligned salary ranges for every job code.
Each employee was mapped into the structure with clear short‑ and mid‑term alignment actions, linking future salary reviews and promotions to performance expectations.

The impact
Both organisations gained a fair, transparent and scalable compensation framework. Salary decisions became objective and data‑driven, managers reduced noise around pay conversations, and leadership gained confidence that compensation was aligned with performance, market reality and future growth.
