The Challenge
Managers were assessing performance and potential inconsistently. There was no unified, organisation‑wide view of how individuals were positioned. Leadership lacked an objective way to link performance, potential, promotions, compensation, development and recruitment.
Without structure, talent decisions were reactive, subjective and difficult to scale.

What Was Delivered
A complete Talent Review Framework was designed, anchored in a clear 9‑box template and a twice‑yearly review cadence. Managers were enabled with structured criteria for assessing Performance and Potential, trained on calibration, and supported through guided review sessions.
The talent review process was providing data points that will be added to those collected during performance appraisal and salary review, allowing consistent decisions and alignment on promotions, rewards, development priorities within a single coherent system.
